He prefer to apply the parametric method during the process of his project, due to this method could be deal with some problem exist in his design, for example, the greater complexity and balancing multiple criteria within his design. However, this method is not widely recognized, especially the home buyer and developer due to they lack of comprehension or understanding about this method. In addition, if this method apply into the building construction, we will see a definite change, like optimization variable then solve the problem of the parameters of the conflicting. It is no doubt that the parametric model is reflected a complete cost-effective and site specific stuff. The aim of the digital method are provided a solution for architecture design also enhance the quality of the process of the design.
In the second text, the Open Source Architecture can be define as an emerging paradigm describing new procedures for the design,construction and operation of buildings,infrastructure and spaces. It well-known that OSArc relies on a digital commons then assist the process of the design and also is a part of the production. The aim of the is similar to Bernard’ method, which are low cost when using the tool like Grasshopper and collectively optimist production through the Opensource codes and scripts.
