In first text, the cyberspace can be define as “is used loosely to describe the invisible spatial interconnection of computers on the Internet and it is also applied to almost any virtual spatial experience created in a computer. But tangible space and physical structure have already taken on a new significance as a result of the growth of cyberspace”. John believed that computer is a important tool, which can deal with the logical problem and decision making in architectural design. The cyberspace provided a new way to reshape the understanding of the world and people began to re-examine the realism through virtual reality. In addition, Pask considered that the cybernetic can be a new theory to analysis the architecture(architectural cybernetics, the cybernetic theory of architecture). I think cyberspace is a new realm, which provided a method to construct the virtual space or structure of architecture and then we can control it. Also the virtual things could become true existence like the old world architecture.

The second text also provided a definition for the parametric, which is a term used in a variety of disciplines from mathematics through to design. Designer or architects prefer to apply the parametric to construct their architecture practice, especially some complex design like complex geometry put together. Therefore, there are number of new style architecture could be realize through this parametric design. Furthermore, the parameter is a new technology which implant the process of design. It is very similar to the first text, using the computer technology to sketch the virtual stuff, then allow them become the reality of the stuff.
